elly & Joey have to be one of the sweetest couples I have ever worked with! Kelly & Joey’s wedding took place at Prospect Bay Country Club in Grasonville, Maryland.
The country club was the perfect setting for a mid-summer wedding. The ballroom inside the club house was transformed into a scene similar to those found in fairy tales; soft ivory linens, twinkling lights, candles flickering, and mercury glass vessels overflowing with soft greenery and lush floral arrangements.
Kelly and her bridesmaids were so excited to see their bouquets… it really made my day to know how much they were looking forward to seeing their flowers! Kelly’s bouquet was my favorite. Her whimsical, garden-inspired bouquet was created using coral pin cushions, beautiful juliet garden roses, white eskimo roses, anemones with dark centers, coral reef roses, and other textural elements and greenery. Her stems were wrapped in satin ribbon and pinned with pearls. Small trinkets and charms containing photos of loved ones were pinned to the bouquet - such a sweet sentiment.
Outside on the golf green for the ceremony, cocktail tables were topped with small floral arrangements, a hand-made wooden welcome sign donned custom calligraphy by the bride and was accented with a draping garland, coral rose petals covered the aisle.
Inside, each table featured a garden-inspired centerpiece placed inside of a silver mercury glass pedestal. Some tables had tall arrangements, others had shorter arrangements… the difference in height accented the ballroom nicely.

Congratulations, Kelly & Joey!!
