Peonies and garden roses... a florist's and a bride's dream-come-true. Laura asked for a mixture of light, pale colored peonies in blush tones to incorporate into her Bordeleau Vineyard and Winery wedding. The white, soft pink & ivory blooms complimented the olive green and pale pink color scheme perfectly. The bride and bridesmaids carried lush bouquets wrapped in olive green ribbon and pinned with small pearls. The men wore ranunculus boutonnieres placed in hollowed wine corks collected by the couple. I love how they turned out... such a unique twist to a standard boutonniere, especially for a vineyard wedding. The bride and her crew of helpers wrapped twenty traditional vases in nautical jute rope. I was so excited when Laura showed up at the flower shop with a box full of these beauties. The centerpieces were filled with bunches of peonies, garden roses, ranunculus & greenery. The whole shop smelled fantastic while I was making these arrangements! Bordeleau Winery is a beautiful location... one of the shore's finest wedding venues. Each centerpiece was placed atop a nautical fish net table runner and surrounded by votive candles wrapped in twine.
