It's HOT outside. 109 degrees here today on the East Coast. The shores of Maryland to be exact. 119 degrees with the heat index. & I work outside for 10 hours today! Wish me luck! My hair is going straight back into a bun... and I've been contemplating if I should actually wear a sweatband. Not really, but still. I hope you're hanging in during this heat wave. My sister, her man, and her good friend, Michelle, are visiting me for a few days. They came to Ocean City for the Dew Tour. They're volunteering at this giant event that has our whole town (& every other town in a 50 mile radius) exploding with enthusiasm about extreme sports. Last weekend, a few of my favorite girlfriends and I got dolled up and went to the local tavern to swing dance to a killer band called Full Blown Cherry. These boys are fantastic and we always have the best time when they play in our neighborhood.
