Skipped work this morning to visit the doctor. This little chickadee has bronchitis. Ick. Seems it has been going around lately. Hopefully this pesty cold goes away quickly so I can get back to being my normal self. I also went to the eye doctors (since they're right down the street from the physicians). The Live Aloha Luau was fantastic! I had such a great time with some close friends and other eco-loving individuals from our coastal town. I'm hoping that we raised LOTS of money for the Maryland Coastal Bays Program and the Ocean City Surfrider Foundation today. Fishing (& bike riding, dog walking, swimming, great weather, and sunshine)! I'd love to tell a story about how "the fish were biting all day long and I caught one whopper after another," but really, Sandi insisted that she swim in the lake and she scared away all of the fish and ate my bait. Fishing was fun and relaxing especially after getting over a 2-day migraine. I needed some fresh air and alone time. Tomorrow is a big day! It's the 2nd Annual Maryland Coastal Bays and Ocean City Surfrider Foundation's Aloha Winter Fundraiser. We've been planning this thing for months!
