On Sunday, I high jacked Ashley's car and ventured into the city. I was on a tight schedule seeing as I had just dropped my aunt and her man off at the Midway Airport and had to be back to catch my own flight at O'Hare less than 2 hours later. I was dying all weekend to go see "The Bean". I knew that it was now or never (or at least for a few more years) and drove into the city from the suburbs quickly. I'm back! My trip to Chicago was beyond busy, filled with fun new memories, new friends, my wonderful family, and some new extended family members. I'm so glad to be back in warm(er) Maryland. Back from the city once again! Last night Scott and I ventured across the bay bridge and into D.C. for a night of fun and games.Settled in the heart of Washington D.C.'s Chinatown is the humungous Verizon Center, home to the Washington Capitals... Maryland's favorite hockey team (only hockey team).We scored tickets to the game last minute - about 4 hours before actual game time.
