A heavy grey sky was the perfect compliment for this beach wedding. A color scheme of light blue, peach & white brightened up the shoreline this past Saturday. As in years prior, I was more than excited when I received a letter in the mail asking if I would be a floral participant in the annual Ocean City Art League's Sandcastle Home Tour. I sent my response letter back and waited to see which gorgeous home I would be assigned to decorate with a few beautiful flower arrangements. Of all the soft, feminine & romantic bouquets I've made before... this one may have trumped all the others! A blend of 5 varieties of roses, billowy pink ranunculus, soft pink lisianthis, fragile astilbe & greenery consisting of dusty miller, baby eucalyptus and silver brunia... a girl's dream come true in one bouquet. Shannon & Vic's wedding was an absolute dream! I can't tell you how great it feels to know that a couple trusts you to make the decisions when it comes to their wedding flowers and decorations.
