This week, I had the honor of creating a few centerpieces for a luncheon at The Atlantic Hotel in historic Berlin, MD. Each centerpiece was placed in a white ceramic crock and consisted of purple, white and yellow flowers. A textured array of hydrangea, solidago, peruvian lilies, eucalyptus, stock, ferns and roses looked gorgeous together... especially in the stunning ballroom of the Atlantic Hotel. The ballroom smelled sweet and fragrant after I placed each centerpiece in the middle of the simply dressed table. I had the pleasure of making a few flower pieces for a floral enthusist in love with a Canadian gentleman. The married last week on the beach with family and friends surrounding. I created small pieces for them; lots of boutonnieres, corsages, pet flowers, and a flower crown, too. All of the flowers used were so full and romantic.
