Progress in the green house this week! 2 more weeks have passed since my last seedling update but I'm proud to announce that many of the little seedlings have been planted in the incubator raised beds and are doing fantastic. 2 weeks ago I planted a few trays (and egg cartons and other miscellaneous make-shift planters) of seedlings to raise in my gardens this spring and summer. I've kept these seedlings in my kitchen for the past 14 days. It's rather hard to move about the dining room when there are plastic trays filled with wet soil - but whatever. It works and my plants are loving it. My zinnias and snapdragons are growing faster than expected (they've exceeded their sprouting expectancy by more than a week!). This past Saturday, I was honored to be a part of a great benefit honoring one of my friends who is currently undergoing treatment for Leukemia.
