This beautiful combination of flowers was the perfect accent for a moody, romantic, mountainside wedding held in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania last weekend. Audrey and Will may be one of the cutest, sweetest couples I have worked with to date. The few times that I met with them to plan and discuss their wedding flowers, it was a joy. Peonies and garden roses... a florist's and a bride's dream-come-true. Laura asked for a mixture of light, pale colored peonies in blush tones to incorporate into her Bordeleau Vineyard and Winery wedding. The white, soft pink & ivory blooms complimented the olive green and pale pink color scheme perfectly. The bride and bridesmaids carried lush bouquets wrapped in olive green ribbon and pinned with small pearls. The men wore ranunculus boutonnieres placed in hollowed wine corks collected by the couple. Several weeks ago, I had the opportunity to work on flower arrangements for the prettiest, most regal & super fun baptism ceremony. The arrangements revolved around Nicole's favorite color - pink! Nicole, a 9-year old little girl, was showered with love and blessing during her baptism at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Ocean City, MD.
